- The Fund’s total assets increased by 7.8% to $147.6 million in 2010.
- New Certificate sales were $33.5 million.
- The Fund's renewal rate remained strong at 86.5%. Continued strong sales and a high renewal rate combined to increase our outstanding certificates 7.0% to $123.6 million in 2010.
- Increase in IRA investments of $3.8 million or 22.3%.
- The Fund's investor base grew by 12.5%, to 2,420.
- During 2010 the Fund made loan commitments totaling $10 million and funded $11.3 million in loans.
- Operating income increased 10.6%. In 2010 the Fund contributed $1,000,000 to the ministries of the Converge Worldwide. This year we have been approved to increase our contribution to $1,200,000.
