The Journey North CC (TJN) acquired CCS consulting with Doug Peck in October 2010 giving them maximum time to design a winning campaign. TJN is nearing the close of the first of four phases in the CCS model which includes a near finished draft of the Case Statement. Pastor Mark commissioned Doug to compose the written Case Statement based on the information he provided. The Case Statement is an important ingredient for a successful capital campaign. As a standalone document it has three purposes.
